Tasting notes

Aromas of juniper, lemon peel and soft spice. On the palate: juniper, bright citrus, cardamom and green notes of nettle and seaweed. A warming spiced finish of peppercorns and cloves.

Botanicals

Juniper, angelica root, coriander seeds, cardamom, cassia, cloves, pink peppercorns, burdock root, nettle, gorse, seaweed, lemon peel. Base Spirit: Grain.

Serving Suggestion

Gin & Tonic with a garnish of Lemon or Pink Grapefruit, or in a Martini or Bramble.
