Fresh, sweet rhubarb adds a fruity edge to our Welsh gin base, which we have perfectly balanced with a gentle hint of ginger.   

Best served with ice, chilled ginger ale or light tonic. Garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh mint leaves to complement the crisp notes and gentle spice of our unique gin.
